So, you want the perfect weight loss menu, but don't know where to find it? Easy, really. Unless you hire a dietitian, the weight loss menu you ultimately can stick with is probably best worked out by you!

Here are some suggestions. One of the easy ways to lose weight is by making a list of the foods you like to eat. Write them all down, indiscriminately, honestly. Then scratch out the foods that can hinder your weight loss efforts, such as ice-cream, potato chips etc. and substitute those with 100 calorie snacks, a couple of nuts, or fruit. Plan your meat, such as chicken, or salmon. Reduce fat intake. Cook with half the amount of fat than usually. Use Olive oil instead of margarine. Cook ahead of time. Prepare your own lunches rather than eating out. While eating keep within a normal portion size. Reduce your portion size over the next days if necessary. Listen to your body. Eat slowly, fill up with water, skim milk and watery fruit and veggies along with your meal. Your stomach senses volume, not calories.
