It seems like weight loss plans that include fruits and veggies are all the rage.

Some of them are really hard to follow and make things more complicated than they need to be. Truth be told fasting on fruits and vegetables for weight loss is pretty simple.

To lose the weight quick like me, follow these few tips to get better results.

1- Keep fresh washed seasonal organic fruit ready. Keep a bowl on the kitchen counter. Have some fruit at your desk at work. So when you are hungry you will have something satisfying and tasty readily available. Personally, I find bananas are one of the best fruits to take in the car or on the go.

2 - You can get ready-to-eat pre-packaged produce at your grocer. They are handy in a pinch if you are short on time. Carrot sticks are great.

3 - Do you like sweets? Me too! You can eat fruit for dessert or anytime your sweet tooth is calling. You can easily make banana ice cream with a fresh strawberry sauce that is naturally sweet and nutritious. So, don't feel like you can't enjoy dessert while doing this plan - because you can! I could not live with out my daily desserts and you don't have to either.
